Coalition Against Childhood Cancer CAC2
CAC2 helps guide families to financial and other resources, provide education about research, and to create connections with other similar families.
CAC2 fosters and sustains greater levels of collaboration, information exchange, and learning across the childhood cancer community through agreed upon initiatives in the areas of advocacy & awareness building, family support, and research & treatment.
Where do you turn when you hear those dreaded words “Your child has cancer!” CAC2 is here for you – to help guide you to financial and other resources, educate you about research, put you in touch with other similar families and so much more.
The Hope Portal strives to connect childhood cancer families to the information and support resources they need–faster than ever. This resource is made possible by a collaboration between the Association of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Nurses (APHON), the Association of Pediatric Oncology Social Workers (APOSW), the Coalition Against Childhood Cancer, and KBI Biopharma.
The Hope Portal offers families a robust list of organizations around the country that may be able to provide assistance to children with cancer and their families.
