New Beginnings – Welcome Katherine Todd, Executive Director and Shaunequa James, Program Director

We are excited to welcome two new staff members, Katherine Todd, DNP, RN, MBA, Executive Director, and Shaunequa James, BSW, MSW, LGSW, Program Director. We look forward to what comes next for Gilda’s Club Minnesota, with Katherine leading the organization and Shaunequa leading our program of support! Katherine Todd comes to GCTC with 15+ years of healthcare experience and an extensive background in business, operations, and program development related to healing and well-being. In addition, she has raised substantial funds to implement therapeutic programs within several organizations. Katherine is an inspiring leader, collaborator, and relationship-builder with a personal passion for supporting those impacted by cancer.

After losing my husband to colon cancer, and my best friend to breast cancer, Gilda’s mission is profoundly meaningful to me personally and professionally. I can’t wait to begin our relationship together!”
Prior to joining GCTC, Shaunequa provided clinical services to individuals and groups with diverse social service needs at M Health Fairview. In addition, Shaunequa has served as a Gilda’s Club support group facilitator and volunteer since 2019 and has been hooked on Gilda’s ever since!
