Creating Community
Community is at the heart of everything we do here at Gilda’s Club Minnesota. It can be found in the welcoming smile of a Gilda Greeter, the laughter shared over coffee at Euro Café, the creativity around the table in our art studio, and the encouragement offered by one volunteer or member to another.
It’s always a joy to see our volunteers connect with each other and celebrate another volunteer’s contribution. These small moments of connection can have a lasting impact. This year alone, we’ve had more volunteers coming in to help us build our community and connection with not only our members, but also with each other.
At Gilda’s Club Minnesota, we have plenty of opportunities coming up to get involved in and build community together, whether as a volunteer or a member of our community. Join us for our Trick or Treat event on Thursday, October 29th, get creative at our Cookies and Community social, explore connection over breakfast at Euro Café, lend a hand at our annual Gala, and watch for volunteer opportunities throughout the year!
